We've seen Serena lose many times. Physical size doesn't mean much, it's all mental in women's tennis. Most just don't have the mental game to beat Serena. They see her imposing figure on the other side and the match is over before it starts. That said, I'm not sure Camila has the mental make up to beat her. But plenty 5'6, 135lbers like Simona Halep or Bertens or Kerber can beat her.

always admired Giorgi, hopefully she has overcome issues
QF is a big deal for her. Never seen so much POP in a little body
she can match Serena's power. If you don't believe me then
watch the ball. She murders it. If she doesn't overhit and can
dictate some, she will keep it close... but winning would be unexpected
because of Serena's experience.

After today I have a newfound respect for women like Goerges (who won) and Giorgi (who struck out swinging). No breast reduction. Zero unwanted weight. Perfect shape. How they are able to compete giving so many kilograms to opponents is beyond me. Big big props.

That said, this tournament is all but over. Whoever picked Serena should have a decent bracket by now.

Camila Giorgi steals money... when she was an up and coming player she trained in Arizona and took money for a coach I know. He gave her a substantial amount of money to help ease the burden of traveling and cost that living a pro tennis life requires. So she received money he gave her and the training she received from him was something she took advantage of. This coach out in Arizona was supposed to get a small percentage of her prize money and be repaid back but never has been. Giorgi and her crazy father have avoided him for a long time now. I'm sure there are other similar stories of them taking money from people to get her career started during the early stages of her career and not being paid back at the least.
