Just back after a few days down in AC & wanted to share my experiences with both the hotel & sportsbook. With regard to the resort: just top notch. Rooms are amazing. Most have ocean views with floor to ceiling windows. 6 pools at the hotel and lots of bars & restaurants to pick from. With only being open a week you’d expect some hiccups with regard to service. All in all would highly recommend over both The Hard Rock & Borgota (unless you can get into The Water Club).
Now the sportsbook.....I’d say if you can, wait a few more weeks to go. Still very small (only 3 windows open at any given time & very unorganized). 15-20 minute wait to place wager. When these pictures were taken on Friday all odds were a bit worse then 5Dimes (bet Phillies -114 Detroit-110 Yankees -148). Still lots of construction going on there so when finished it will be great. Bigger bar area. More TVs & seating areas. Also some VIP areas are going up top. Spoke briefly with the SB Manager & the plan is to have online wagers up & running in a month. Heading back down 1st week in aug so excited to see the progress.
