It was true that he paid extra attentions to diet and work out to keep in tip top shape because he was basically signing 1 yea or 1 year with 2nd year player option every year. Now he signed the retirement contract with this 4 year deal that will kick in when he is 34. Don't think he will be 100% with those previous diets/excercise taking care of the body.
