What is with max contract for every player? The big players who make the difference and the side pieces are still getting the same amount of money. How is this happening.

Baseball used to be bad with contract but the owners learned recently they are doing it proper now.

Most deals are out of whack. Cp3 contract is going to look really bad in the final 2 years. On the other hand, most players are stuck with slotted money for a few seasons before they have a little control of where they can play and get paid.

the nba and nfl will see a spike in revenue with all the legalized betting getting started. How it gets split will be a new thing the unions and ownership will battle over in next cba.

Well that’s because TV networks like ESPN overpaid for the NBA- you really saw the crazy contracts in 2016- it’s kinda dry up now - People don’t ever talk about how much owners make?

Without the players they have no business. Not often one gets leverage, wise to use it when you do.

They are getting paid well in NBA/MLB- NFL is a bit tougher - no GURANTEE contracts - unless your a elite QB/DT-O-line- Goodluck

It's all about how the cap works. If your over the cap and one of your players becomes a free agent you are screwed and need to pay whatever he wants. Otherwise you lose him and have no ability to replace him.
