The only thing I'd change in this this thread is that if you pick the 4 teamer and win you will win something even if someone picks and wins before you.. As in if there are 2 winners in the thread each winner then gets to split the 500 points.. 250 each.. You split of the 500 points in prizes between all winners in thread....

Essentially it is Othello. The only difference is the shape and the size of the board. The rules are exactly the same. Also, there are Othello programs that can beat ANY human. There are no Hexversi programs that can do that(not yet anyhow). If you are good at Othello you would be good at Hexversi... I've never met a person that was good at one of the Othello/Reversi games without being good at the others. "A minute to learn, a lifetime to master" is the motto of Othello but it is just as true with Hexversi.
