Matty, welcome to the sbr community. I see a few have already given you the business.
This place is great but if you are going to post around here, especially in PT, you need to grow thicker skin. No one is trying to be a dick. The years of battling other posters have made us all a bit rough around the edges. Only the toughest survive in this jungle.
As for this situation many have given good advice here. Online casino wins, especially big ones, have been highly contested its seems lately. Just stay calm do what they ask and like others have said if they start to give you the run around make sure you get SBR on the case for you. Don't ebattle with the books as it only gets you further up shit creek. But like Rudy said, keep all transactions on your computer so you can show verification to sbr should they need to get involved.Comment -
