That's exactly what I hate about VAR. Officiating is consistent all game and then that consistency immediately changes with VAR.

usually my advice would be the opposite but with the situation and argentina being better team, not sure why in this case, nigeria doesn't try to keep ball

i bet tie so big disappointment as it was there. but the better team did win.

i'm almost certain that if that video replay non-handball had been committed by a lesser team it would have penalty kick.. but then the referee put away his whistle on potential nigeria penalties in the box late in the game. so things probably evened out in the end.
