    Massive shifts in early innings....
    ...noone bunts against this?

    Watching Phi/ Wash

Big shifts versus several batters early

Guys swing away right into it???

What is the incentive to do that when they are conceding a bunt single?

Bunt singles don’t get you a big contract so these selfish fukks will continue swinging for the fences, team and batting average be damned!!

My belief is that he'll stay in the NL East. Gun to my head, Phillies.

A home run. Analytics have killed the game. Every game is played to get runs now. Situational ball...forget about it. Everyone is told to swing for the fences. Clean up hitter is irrelevant. Lead off Dozier for 30 HR's...sure, nevermind that they are all solo and the Twins carried a negative run differential damn near into the wild card game last year.

With all these shifts, yeah the easy thing to do is bunt, but none of these players or managers are smart enough to do it.
