mariners dumb pitching coach left their pitchers in too long, could clearly see them being tired and ineffective. which is why I rarely bet this bases because there are too many games they are gonna try to get the most out of pitchers and thats gonna either cause runs to be scored or runners on base before they lift them.

First, the Yankees were 2-63 the last 3 years when trailing by at least 5 runs in a game. 97% of the time they lose.
Second, for the Mariners to lose the RL, after being up 5-0 going into the bottom of the 5th is even more rare.

Since 2004, road teams that were up 5-0 going into the bottom of the 5th covered the +1.5 RL 568/580 times. That's 98%.

Horrific loss, especially given that the Mariners have a really good record.

thank u, they shouldnt have lost. I knew to yank Fernandez when I saw what I saw and then the replacement when I saw what I saw but the pitching coaches always leave these guys in too freaking long.

yanks always seemed like a magical team since I was little when will it stop, I actually took M's early in game, when it was 5-2 I didnt feel safe anymore and sure enough lol
