Ny Yankees -205 starting JONATHAN LOAISIGA ? What am I missing here?
Kid has no record, 1st start ever. How the fukk can he be so heavily juiced?
Tampa a better bet at +180

Definite value in Tampa so no argument there
Why is the line so high? Have u watched the Yankees? Nothing seems to matter they don't hit for 8 innings and then score 4 on command...they are winning through key players slumping nagging injuries and average starters being trotted out everyday. I'm a met fan and live in a state of constant annoyance thanks to Yankee homers but god damn this feels like it's all Yankees this year
Put Sanchez and those stats on any other team plus defensive struggles and its an outrage but nobody in ny is talking about it cuz they keep winning

You will get value in betting against NYY all year, but value doesn't mean profit.

I just got in on Tampa +1.5 -110.
The only thing that scares me is that the moneyline has steamed up 30 cents since it opened, so somebody has been hammering the Yankees. Still, Eovaldi is a legit mid/bottom of the rotation guy and Loaisiga is a young prospect whose ceiling is what Eovladi is now. He hasn't even fully developed a 3rd pitch yet. I'm willing to fade the steam as imo there's a good chance any MLB lineup could him.

Capped this game and probably taking a pass.. Yanks probably win this game again though if I had to guess.. Yanks are balling right now.. I won't be betting against them any time soon, same goes with the Boston Red Sox.. 2 best teams in the league right now for a reason.. Can also throw the Houston Astros in that non fade rule for now..
It's betting suicide if you do bet against those teams right now....

Many teams trying too do the Houston Astros route - suck really bad for 2/3 years and stack up high draft picks

Exactly. Another guy that knows exactly what he's doing. That's step 1 of my process when I sit down and look at the card on any given day. The line always tells a story. In this case, I played the under to avoid the juice, but the Yanks being -200 with a rookie on the mound told me that the linemakers A think the rookie is legitimate and would get some run support and B know the Rays offense was abysmal. I knew if the Yankees were held to 6 runs or less, the under would win too.
