Bovada will get the most hurt losing business to USA books. Bookmaker will get hurt some losing more recreational players, but they will keep their whales because of higher limits. SIA is a non-factor because they are non-USA (I think?).

Anyway, none of this changes the fact that reduced juice books should get stronger, there should even be an influx of new gamblers initially drawn by the legalized USA shops once they become aware of offshores with better prices. Part of that education of course would be learning which ones are the most reliable, and that only helps the best offshores more.

I have ONLY played offshore for what, about 25 years now? Does Vegas even offer reduced juice anywhere? If not, there is absolutely no advantage playing in Vegas as long as you stick with the reputable offshores.
