VAR is a pain but that was a PK without a doubt. I just hate that referees arent calling them, like the NFL now , and leaving close calls to the replay booth. Like you said , it breaks up the flow of the game.

* Schweinsteiger. I know he got old very quickly.
* Lahm. So solid.
* Klose. Record-holder.

I agree with a commentator who went through the starting roster and said " Nueuer was injured for 1.5 years and just back. Boateng just back from injury. Khedeira just back from injury. Ozil not playing much due to injury the last 2 weeks of The EPL. Draxler on the bench for PSG.... ". It showed in the first 45 minutes. They had no flow to their game and looked horrible. Luckily , a better side seem to show up in the 2nd half , but they will need to improve their over all team play. No wholesale changes are needed. Again , 1 game against a very good side does not a tournament make. The talent is there and i believe they will be a different side on Saturday vs Sweden.
