Exactly.

This isn't the first time. The NFL was sued by a ticket holder after the Patriots were caught cheating.

The NFL argued that they are an entertainment program putting on a show and that the fan bought the ticket for the show, and that's what they got.

The court agreed.

Never forget, the NFL argued before the high court that they are an entertainment product, like a soap opera, or WWE.
