Hall of Fame voter and former New York Daily News columnist Gary Myers said that he wouldn't have voted for Owens had he known the mercurial wide receiver wasn't going to attend the enshrinement ceremony.
"Terrell Owens informed Pro Football HOF he's not attending induction ceremony," Myers wrote Thursday in a tweet that has since been deleted, according to Pro Football Talk.

He truly is one of the dumbest guys I've ever met. Many years ago, he was with a group of us trying to get into an Atlanta hot spot. It was 7 or 8 of us waiting outside with a huge line of people. I knew one of the guys working security and he told me we can go in for $500. So, I'm talking to all the guys telling them to each pitch in $50 and Owens is talking to himself??? We all agree except him as he's talking to himself? WTF is going on with him? He was talking jibberish. We go up to the gate, my guy is about to let us in, Owens starts mouthing off to him and a couple other bouncers... "do you know who I am"? (He was only in the league a year or two I think at that time). Head guy tells us, "I don't give a fukk who you are, you and your boys need to get in line". I was mad as hell. We ended up waiting about an hour and a half to get in this club. He bitched the entire time. It was cold as shit too. Dude couldn't even form a proper sentence. He seems much better on TV now but he used to be a mess with his speech.
Funny story later we get in this club and damn near all the women were dykes. We were all striking out with every girl. It was funny as shit as we all were getting shot down. One girl looked me up and down, shook her head and said NO! Stike. Well, I run into this fine ass girl. I grab her by the arm, hug her and start kissing her in front of the boys. If you could see the look on their faces. Little did they know that we use to date a few years back. I tell them I'm out as her and I left. I see my friends the next day and one of them was like, "man, how the hell did you do that"? I laughed and told him that I already knew her. He was like "damn, I'm not going to lie, I was jealous as hell seeing you leave with her like that". I was ready to grab and kiss someone myself.

Oh, he was a stud, no doubt. He should have been a 1st ballot HOFer for sure. Someone said they think he's on drugs. I don't think he's ever taken a drug in his life. He really doesn't have any vices (he doesn't gamble either). He's never been in ANY trouble either (outside of having too many baby mama's). He's very entertaining which is good. I think he's really done a good job becoming a good speaker in public because he wasn't that way years ago. He use to stutter and had trouble forming sentences. He's really worked on it and is quite good today. I like to hear him speak today.
Barry Bonds is the GOAT in baseball. For him, Roger Clemens and Pete Rose to not be in the HOF is a fukking shame.
