I found one this is using est and I do not like it. They say I am stuck with est. Does that sound like a true statement, or do I have a rookie chat person who does not know?

Sounds like the sort of question that CS would get asked regularly, so probably the correct info for that book.

Did this change from last year? I thought you could get your own chosen time?

A confession to JJ. I never drink and probably never will.
I saw one too many drinker's out of control, well, mostly close relatives.
I knew right then, I did not need that stuff.
But so many people enjoy the taste or high they get, so drink away.
* A little story: I had an uncle, I mean a super guy when sober, but he loved his whisky. He loved it way too much.
He wanted me to go riding with him one day when I was about 10 years old.
He said he would buy me a Red-Ryder BB gun when we got back.
Well, he stopped at one of those old drinking joints off the side of the road, meanwhile, as I sat in the car waiting, I am as excited as I can be and the long wait was not that hard to handle. That Red-Ryder BB gun was a hot item back in the early 50's. Every kid wanted one and I certainly could not wait to get my hands on a brand spanking new one.
Okay, 90 minutes have passed and I am still waiting in the car. Another 30 minutes came, and finally, here comes my uncle. He's a total mess and I was almost too scared to even ride with him. Luckily, we were only 30 minutes from grandmother's farm house so we lucked out and made it safely to her house.
My fabulous Red-Ryder bb-rifle?
He never remembered one single thing about that precious promise, and I was too proud and disappointed in him to ever talk of it again. True story and that was a drinking lesson I never forgot.

The bottom line it depends on the software.
It is rare you cannot use the time zone of your computer
