according to their betting guide it is -110. every other state must adhere to this also in order to succeed.

will never happen otto. lucky it's -110. legitimate fear that it was going to be -120 was warranted, but they thought better of it. still unless you can bet online or on phone they won't get a lot of handle. never more than 100 people at those delaware tracks and they are there with the scraps of their social security checks.

Delaware had 47 million wagered on NFL parlay tickets in 2017.
In 2016 it was 40 million.
In 2015 it was 38 million.
Just on NFL parlay tickets.

yes, but you could get those parlay cards in every convenience store, gas station and other places. for this you actually have to go to one of their 3 venues which not many will do unless they were going anyway to plays slots or the handful that play horse races.

For now. By the time the NFL kicks off, Delaware plans on rolling out betting parlors. Obviously they didn't have the infrastructure ready by June 5th for that, but the long term plan is a England approach. With neighborhood booking parlors. In short, it will be very easy to get action down in Delaware by the time the NFL kicks off.

Parlay card numbers a bit inflated as it was run by the lottery & anywhere you bought a lotto ticket you could do a parlay card (I believe)
Great news non the less. White Clay Creek Golf Course at Deleware Park so will make a day of it.
Funny don’t be bitter. Cali still a sanctuary state so you have that going for you! I know Jerry Brown your boy

they need internet or phone app to make that work. they are not going to open up dozens of neighborhood betting parlors, pay rent on a brick and mortar, hire people to take bets like an otb which all mostly failed. there would be robberies, people followed home etc. modern technology is the only way.

NO they don't. There is currently an untapped market that is even bigger than the black market when it comes to sports betting. There are thousands and thousands of people who currently don't bet because they don't want to bet offshore or don't even know it exists who will now start placing bets at these legal places.

Dude, it'sDelaware. It is impossible to be in the state and not be 10-15 minutes away from one of those 3 casinos.
(Well, at certain times of the day a 5 mile drive can take an hour, but you get the point....)

they could do that but they will have to start paying better instead of stalling people. players want to control their ability to get their funds immediately if they want to. of course looking at their side of things too many people cashing out on a monday and re-depositing on friday forced offshore to make you jump through hoops to get your cash obviously hoping for you to just leave it in and keep playing.

Good point I will think offshore is going to have to make some adjustments and I’m sure they will because they are very smart people

I think it depends on how it's marketed but I definitely think this could happen. For anyone that thinks it won't... just take a look at the Lottery. If Sportsbetting is promoted even 1/10th as much as the Lottery is it's going to be HUGE!

If you live in a State with an ultra conservative Governor, good luck with in state gambling....
I live in North Carolina, won't happen here for a while, to many Bible thumpers...
