Fairlay exchange is my number one btc “exchange” it has betfair type odds with lower commissions of under .25% it has instant withdrawals yes instant! ...site takes some getting used to like most exchanges but it’s well worth...Nitrogen is another I use a lot they are excellent too and offer traditional sportsbook options like parlays and casino/poker...they too are excellent.....if you want more options AC88 takes btc and converts too euro...you then have access to some top books like pinny and betfair faimliy ect...they pay out in btc fast normally takes like 15 mins or so...Looselines is fiat book that pays out in btc fast in 10mins or so...heritage is same day normally pays by 4:30 central time time for ones requested in morning.

Bookmaker is second to none. Requested a withdrawal two Fridays ago at around noon. Was in my Coinbase wallet by 5, and in my bank account the next business day. Unbelievable. I'd expect even faster if you requested it during a non-peak weekday (Tues-Thurs)

Nitrogen is my favorite bitcoin book. As someone stated above, their payouts are taking about 15 minutes right now and they are anonymous. No limits on the number of withdrawals that you can take in one day and you can get a payout 24/7.

I might suggest you bet-ibc if you're into brokers, my btc withdrawals from 9wickets were pretty fast for my standards (I don't have 9wickets with them anymore though since they reduced the number of markets for football)
