Cobb has really struggled but he far from the worst pitcher and still has ability to be very good. He has had 3 solid efforts this month against halo's, A's, and a solid effort vs Boston. Unfortunately he has a few real stinkers mixed in this month as well. Point is the guy is only a year removed from posting a 3.66 era season and really don't see any significant drops in velo or spin rate,, so while he's been awful plenty of starts this season it doesn't make a lot of sense and that same pitcher who just earned a nice contract is still in there.

I see some people handicapping solely by trying to figure out what "Vegas" wants them to bet on, then they go opposite- Like "Vegas" (whoever that is?) know the outcomes of games?

Its easy to pay a college kid a few grand to have a bad game, but as soon as "Vegas" see's a strange betting pattern, they'll take the game off the board. "Vegas" is the last people to fix a game-

Gio is 1-6 lifetime against Baltimore with a 4.40 era and a 1.93 whip.

Balt is 4-0 at home last 3 years against Washington.

I know Baltimore sucks but this is one of the reasons why the line is so low for Gio...I'm on Balty plus money in this one.

Like I said he has had some good starts this month, just has had a few miserable outtings thrown in as well.
