As Hurry said, it's fakkd up match up for her. Kerber is a counter puncher who feeds of opponents power, playing defense close to the baseline. She does not like top spin girls like Bertens, because they either manage to get a good depth on their shots, forcing her away from baseline where she is most comfortable. And if they don't get the depth, the ball with top spin will bounce high. Sometimes even to shoulder height, where Kerber is really uncomfortable hitting it. She likes things flat and low. Once there is more shape on the shots, she can't play at her best.
