I'm pretty sure it won't be Kentucky since they are dead set against any gambling other that horse racing. I think it will happen in Indiana since they were one of the first to pass riverboat casinos.

Indiana has had a bill ready to present since this past January. As soon as the next Indiana Assembly starts, it will be a go.

Indiana will most likely (in my opinion as a Hoosier) be in the 2nd wave of states to open up to legalized sports gambling.

I'm goimg to French Lick Casino/Resort for tomorrow for the weekend (running a 5k and playing some blackjack) and I'll try to get the scoop from my casino host on what is their plans for a sportsbook. I already know from an insider what the Horseshoe Southern Indiana plan is.
