Books in Vegas do not want you betting soft or slow moving lines well most do not

MGM and South Point OK with it

Westgate reduces your limits to pennies as does WILLIAM HILL COMPLETE BANS

If they do, will we get automatic, "un-tunneled" access to Pinny, or will the Treasury dept still keep it on lockdown?

Regardless, I will take protectionist measures against any extra tax, which includes spreading the wealth to shell companies investing in all markets for profits.
