Not sure on this one. The race results showed payouts for a $2 dollar exacta but a $1 Trifecta and Superfecta. I don’t know shxt about horse racing.

The exacta would clearly be less if based on $1, resulting in the under in this contest.

Online artlcles also show the $2 Exacta leading me to believe that this is the minimum bet for an exacta at the preakness.
