I will make no progress this week. Out of town for the wife’s birthday. I’ll sign up a couple of days to see if I can come in late and make a run.

We’re at Yellowstone so I could probably drive up to Canada a play a tournament...might be what Canada needs for a full roster.

Congrats on qualifying for the Final already cankid - impressive play!! I did see sinmiedo also playing a couple times last week so I'm sure he'll get a cash at some point to bring them up to 7. Not sure if there are others. I have a feeling word will leak out though and they will manage to fill it by the end - there are two and a half months still after all...

I don't see why that would be so funny - Canada has won it before. Granted the teams weren't as skewed in terms of difficultly in qualifying as they are this year, but it's always been harder to qualify for US than the other teams. But once you reach the finals, as long as all teams have the same # of players it's mostly a crap shoot, not really a big surprise for any team to win or for any team to finish last...

Thanks Arun, I've always felt a bit square, disregarded or left out. The bashing and sarcasm in past years really hurt but I'm hoping this cash in the tourney will motivate me and others to be real, make positive changes and help others in return. I look forward to making a difference at the World Cup regardless of the outcome so others will draw spirit and inspiration through the World Cup all the way to the Bash .... if we are able to field a team
