Tennis: ATP Madrid, A sexy backhand: Shapovalov ml +185
    Edmund K. vs. Shapovalov D.

Have to try the next-gen Shapovalov here vs. Edmund as these odds don't really reflect how well this kid has been playing in this tournament.

In the previous round he was clinical in beating Raonic with a barrage of one-handed backhand winners a la Federer....Impressive stuff.

Sure Edmund is a more seasoned clay guy but h2h is split 2-2 between them, pretty much all tight encounters.

Won't be surprised if today's match also ends up being close. In which case the + moneydog play makes sense.

                          He can

H2H 2-0 in favor of Zverev both matches in 2017. Won in straight sets but today's game handicap didn't cover in those wins.

Disadvantages for Shapovalov is that he played a longer match than Zverev yesterday + Match will be played on the Manolo Santana court...ball has different bounce + Zverev already played here whereas Shapo hasn't.

Though Shapovalov vs. Edmund was a higher level match compared to Zverev vs. Isner. Isner had a no show day.

It's Shapovalov or pass +450 atm. No interest in laying this much chalk with Zverev.
