Losing streaks suck

I'm in one of those streaks when everything goes against you. Just ranting.

Even though I want to throw the TV out the window, "It goes the other way too." My favorite line from my favorite movie "True Romance" (great movie by the way if you haven't seen it)

Sportsbetting is a crazy thing. Nothing quite like it really. One moment you can't do anything but win even when you are on the wrong side. Then the feeling of invincibility leaves quickly when you are pounding away, like you did in the hot streak, but find yourself losing by the hook and taking every brutal beat possible. The life of a gambling man.

Cheers hawk, things will turn. They say only the strong survive for a reason.

I’ve literally been on a losing streak for 6 months. Sized down to almost a 1/10 of unit. Can very rarely win 2-3 in a row then lose about 5 in a row.

Currently on in the midst of one of my classic 8 day losing streaks. looking at my daily account history is almost laughable. I have no confidence I'll ever have another winning day again. Bet sizes have been scaled down but instead of going 0-3 on $100 bets I'm just going 2-7 on $20 bets hoping that more action will yield more wins and turn it around. I suck.

But I just keep firing away every night.

Very true. The life of a gambling man, as Unde just said. That's why I always tell people that you have to try and and keep it fun. It sure is a lot more fun if you win. If you can't keep it fun, quit or seek help.

Time to get back to work.

Weve all been there.....just a miserable feeling.

But remember that it will pass, and when it does and you are winning and breaks are going your way, it will be worth it.
