Should introduce a tiebreaker where everyone picks a HT/FT winner, with odds posted by admin.

If your HT/FT pick loses but you picked higher odds than your opponent, you end up higher in the standings.

Also, unless otherwise stated a posters final score guess assumes the winner matches his pick to win the Cup correct?

Yes some clarification on this would be appreciated. Say it's 2-2 and goes to penalties with France winning, does that mean those who picked France 3-2 were the ones who got it correct? I assume that the final score guess includes extra time for sure but wasn't sure if it accounted for penalties.

Also as he basically asked, if someone say picks France to win 3-2 but Croatia wins 3-2, that does not count as picking the final score correct does it? Or would that be the correct score picked still? Clarification would be appreciated!

I don't think picking the exact score usually includes extra time but maybe so

Also, there is no reason someone couldn't for example pick Croatia to win but pick a final score with France winning since the point awards for picking the winner and picking the correct score are separate and there may be a strategic reason for doing so

Should be only regulation. If you think it goes to ET predict 1-1 or 2-2 or other draw.

Ok, interesting, I assumed extra time would count, guess not! So I guess it is possible to pick say France to win with a "final score" of 1-1 (not saying I'm picking that but in theory someone could do that huh?). Ok!
