Enes Kanter posted a video Monday as part of a Twitter Q&A that seemed to challenge LeBron James to sign with the New York Knicks as a free agent this summer. "People keep debating about who is the king of New York. ... Hey LeBron, yes, you really want to be king of New York? Come and prove it. I'll see you July 1st, brother. Good luck," Kanter said

Ha no way it happens.
As a matter of fact this sudden rejuvenation of the Cavs is even hurting the other teams that were favored to land him & increasing the odds of him staying put.

NY makes a lot of sense. Ironically Kanter would likely be out the door if he opts out and James signed.

He’s not going out west- there’s a reason he told Adam silver not to change the playoff format

Nobody is as tuned into to any sport as Woj is to NBA, and decision has nothing to do with basketball. Besides, Lakers would be pretty good with LeBron and Paul George next year.

I'm in the lakers camp, I don't think his move has anything to do with legacy and everything to do with net worth

All is well in James camp today......but will the mood change in a few weeks when they lose in 4 or 5 to the Warriors/Rockets?

I dont think the Rockets are getting past Golden St anyhow. Cavs would be lucky to sneak a win at home vs the Warriors.
But ya, they might force 6 if they played Houston.

I'm pretty sure increasing his networth and furthering his acting career is one of the least important things on his mind.
At this point in his career, it's all about competing with Jordan in terms of legacy. This is Lebron's time. He will never get this opportunity again, so he is going to make the best of it. Playing in the west makes absolutely no sense as he's not getting past State to reach the finals UNLESS he joins the Rockets, but he's certainly not getting past State playing on the Lakers.
No way he goes to the Lakers.

If he stays in the east he has no chance of winning a title, just cakewalking to the finals and getting slaughtered by the warriors. I don't think that's his ideal way to spend his last few years

Last few years? I dont think any of us have a clue how long this guy will play. It seems like he's only getting better and stronger.....and the best players in his Draft class (Wade, Anthony, Bosh, David West, Diaw, Barbosa, Mo Williams) are either are clearly in their downswing, or have long since retired after nice careers. Lebron is a freak that will never be duplicated.

The only problem with porzingis is that he doesn't realize the nba is an entertainment industry
All he cares about is winning and playing winning basketball. If that's not happening he's not having fun and not into the game
Dolan doesn't deserve a player of his caliber

Kanter's daddy is in Jail now. Banged up for 15 years by the Turkish government. You'd think with all the money Kanter has he would of got his family out of the country -maybe it's not so easy...
If they're as dictatorial as Kanter says they can do wtf they want with him.
