Lunker I love your passion...its what's great about philly sports and how so many don't get it... but......this team is just not as good as some thought they were...Embiid shooting 3's is indicative of him not being is shape....he has a height advantage on everyone on Boston. Simmons has to at some point be able to make a jumper and what do you do with Reddick next year? And Covington is just bad

Embiid is out of shape. Has been a huge problem in the series. Have been saying it all along that belinelli and Covington should not play more then 15 min per night. Glad brown finally figured that out tonight.

Simmons has got to dedicate this off season to working on that jumper so that it’s at least respectful. If not, good teams can game plan around him too easily in a 7 game series. I think his career depends on it. If not, he’s an all star that cant carry a team in the playoffs instead of a hall of fame super star.

Gotta think they try to bring back JJ. They have a ton of cap space to handle another large short term deal while still aiming to lock up a max player.

D, very enlightened post for a Philly homer.
Embid looks gassed too often. His off season and life choices from here on out should 100% address that fact.
Takes balls and commitment. Year round nutrition and fitnessis ALL mental. Time will tell if he ends up being simply what he is now and a great istagram personality.

Simmons. Same thing. Take a few weeks off. THEN get to work with a shooting coach. The best players always improve their weaknesses in the off season. Think Magic. Bird. Kobe.Etc.

As a Celts fan, I hope they rest on their laurels and natural ability. But if they step up, we will be in for some epic series in the next 5 years.

The lack of coaching and youth was clear as day in 3 out of 4 losses. Stevens tremendous coaching and Horfords veteran composure at the end of games was the difference. So many bonehead plays and late turnovers for philly.

You switch coaches in this series and I think Philly sweeps 4-0. Not really even debatable
