Kentucky Derby SBR wagers voided

Did anyone else run into this where SBR voided all of the Kentucky Derby wagers due to the provider service going down in the morning of the race?

What should have be done prior to the race and to avoid questions after the race is run and liability of any winning wagers is known was to post a notice that all Kentucky Derby wagers are voided due to tech issues.

I have to say not the best PR move.

We had a provider issue prior to the Kentucky Derby. We apologize for the inconvenience. We have always done our best to accommodate our community. This was out of our control however.

Disappointing as i had a couple of exacta box winners get voided. Oh well/
