Grew up with him. About 3 times a year he comes calling. He needs to "borrow" for a few weeks but never pays it back. Fortunately, it's never a lot of money. I have several hanger ons. Nothing you can do but help.

Get him one of those prepaid cards and when he comes calling for money, just buy a Moneypak and send him the info to transfer it into the prepaid card. I know the Moneypaks work on other cards besides RedDot; just don't know if it's all prepaid cards.

Link will tell you if the prepaid card is acceptable by entering the first 9 digits. The fine print says the card must have his name printed on it, can't be a generic card out of the packaging at a store (probably has to go online and verify his info to get them to mail him a printed one).

Just checked and Bitpay is one card that works, so maybe get him a Bitpay card and reload it using Bitcoin or Moneypak when he comes calling.
