A team in need should sign Harvey. I know that he had Tommy John Surgery and hasn't been the same,but this is a guy that was top 2 in the MLB along with Kershaw a while back and I just think that's he's worth the trouble. He can hit well for a pitcher. I think he should pull a Smoltz and see a sports psychologist. I remember before my kid was born saying that he was going to be the next Matt Harvey. I wouldn't give up on him. The minors would crush his spirit and big ego.
