International Basketball Leagues During The Summer?

Was curious if anyone knew how much basketball betting can be done with international leagues during the summer. I figured they might have some leagues playing in the Southern Hemisphere like South America and Australia because it is their winter at that time. Did not know if there were any leagues in Europe or Asia during that time also. I love betting basketball, and would like to do it year long, if possible.
