LowVig (They're basically BetOnline's reduced juice sister site), Bitcoin, 5.5 hours after submitting request.

FWIW: 5Dimes should take a page from them when authenticating payouts. LowVig had me authenticate the withdrawal by giving me the choice of entering a code from an email sent to my registered email or receive a phone call with an automated recording (I did the email). 5D could certainly do this as a security measure instead of making you wait 2 days to get paid.

SBR may delete this question again, but it makes sense [cents, too] to me, why no ever mentions the total cost of those transactions? TOTAL costs from your original balance, or the other, Dep. fees?

Initially requested a payout via Ether this morning. Logged back in this afternoon since I didn't receive an alert to a payout and saw the money was back in my account. CS apologized saying there was a communication error with the Ether Blockchain so it was canceled. Initiated a new payout via Bitcoin and was paid in 45 minutes after sending the new request.

I got that message from my Bookmaker withdrawal today when withdrawing to Blockchain. If your transaction confirmed, then you're fine. That double spend issue is only a possible concern if it hasn't been confirmed yet and the sender goes rouge and tries to send the same Bitcoin to another wallet before yours confirms (but I wouldn't worry about that with BookMaker). The warning doesn't go away in the Blockchain app even after your transaction confirms, so ignore it once the transaction is confirmed.

Sportsbook.ag - I am attempting to unwind a 250k position. If they pay out, I would like to find a way to add positive news/grade for sportsbook.ag. So far I have gotten 20k out. 4 bitcoin payments at 5k each. First two payments only took a couple days. The last two required me to email them after 7 days (even though their site says it will take 96 hours at the max), but the payment for each occurred shortly after my inquiry each time.
