I hate totals. 99% of the time never wager them. Better off going to a roulette table... or play with your log.

I've currently got 2 gals to expertly play with my log. Although not both at the same time.

Totals in general is a stressful bet.

Prefer overs... Under don't acc for overtime & teams going ballistic i.e rockets game 4, total (217) was going under until they put up 50 pts in the 3rd.

Playing unders in today's nba landscape is suicide

Love betting overs, but so does everyone and books account for that. The great thing about betting unders is you enjoy a shitty game.

Unders are much more stressful, thats why you should aways lean that way.

Even of its the right call, there are alot more factors that favor the over due to poor defensive fundamentals which lead to more fouls and free throws that stop the clock or just blown assignments and open layups

Teams aren't used to playing 48 minutes of real defense so even if 3 and half quarters look good, they usually get tired and start playing sloppy D which leads to the above mentioned reasons

And that's if it's the right call, the other scenario is of course a track meet

Nothing more stressful than getting a live under when teams have just lit it up to begin with

I once was watching GSW/ LAL and the original O/U was 214

Midway thru the 2nd qtr they hit the 100 mark

I bet the live under 232

Goes to f'in OT and ends at 230 lol

Most of my plays in the NBA used to be totals.

Tough call but I'd say under is more stressful because each & every meaningless foul & free throw, especially late in the game, infuriates you.
