You acting as if shots mean something or somehow is a indicator of which team playing better which couldn't be further from the truth. Big difference between shots and quality scoring chances, good goalies not gonna get beat on weak shots they can see all the way, to think you can simply throw it on net and it will go in is silly. It can be a useful strategy leading to rebounds or deflections but in no way does it mean you were on right side simply cause team you played got more shots on goal. There was no doubt who the better team was tonight, it was the team that won 3-1, meaning you would have needed 4 more goals to win your bet.
