Simmons #1 pick. 12 morons passed on Mitchell. Might end up being the steal of the century.
Mature way beyond his years.
How does Fultz look? To me, both Simmons and Fultz need the ball to be effective. The process would have been so better served with Mitchell. OR my man Jayson Tatum. Ainge had Fultz in for a look and reportedly the workout lasted for a cuppa coffee.

Nba sucks, still really no super super stars besides Lebron. Only 3 teams have a legit chance to win the Title, all the other teams are irrelevant. The good old days of the NBA are gone.Plus the commish is a fkin fruity loon.

Fultz will have every opportunity to shine next yr bc philly will go out of their way to give him chances to succeed but from what I've seen his basketball IQ is somewhere around westbrook's. Pure idiot

But Shades, with Simmons, a wing shooter would better serve this team. Fultz shoots it like an unfolding lawn chair.
#1 pick for a back up PG was a huge mistake. As a Boston guy, very happy 76ers made that pick.

His impact on the Jazz is reminiscent of Wade's impact on the HEAT. I think they got out of the 1st round Wade's rookie year (also)...

I thought he didn't even have a workout with Boston! That's news to me. Could you imagine Mitchell in that Sixers lineup? But then again, there's no way Brett Brown would have given the kid the minutes to shine playing behind JJ Redick.

Simmons was projected to be a SF. It seemed unlikey at the time he could play point and not have little guards picking him up full court. I remember Kidd trying Anteto.. at the point. It was a total disaster. Different players obviously.

The kid has to be rookie of the year
He plays a game that is fun to watch, very high basketball IQ with the athleticism to go with it

Mitchell had R.Hood in front of him initially. Hood was supposed to pick up where Hayward left off as the face of the franchise. How their fortunes have changed.

Simmons isn't really a rookie though is he? I know he's eligible. Hopefully voters use common sense -not that care much..

Can you expand upon how Mitchell is not the real deal other than your claim of being a one way player?
