Funny I thought of moving down to Costa Rica and starting a jet ski rental business 20 years ago.. It wasn't aggressive back then with locals on jet ski's pressing the tourists.. It was untapped back then, I can only imagine what it's like today...... I didn't want to leave the States for years though and gave up on that idea..

Costa Rica does have nice beach towns though if it's anything like I remember them.. Rain Forests are still a thing of beauty as well..
