Notice the touts are getting burned by the lines
Some of these heavy favorite run lines aren't hitting

I've noticed more and more people don't want to lay $200 down to win only a hundred
they would rather parlay it with another heavy favorite and they get burned by that

Why does everyone act like this is a bad thing? There has been some great underdog value so far, which is a GOOD thing.

            Yes or no
But sometimes bitching about it makes us work harder to figure things out

If a favorite price is "too high" then there is value betting the dog (depending on vig). The hard part though is determining if the favorite is REALLY overvalued or if you are missing something.

You are right and we've known this for years
I take exception because I feel like there are too many -2 hundreds this early in the season

One man's "exception" is another man's "value".

Personally, I LOVE seeing inflated lines because I am primarily a dog bettor (this just in! ).

So far, there have been 19 games in 2018 that have closed at -200 or higher and the favorites have gone 12-7 but lost money. Fading the chalk in those 19 games has picked up +3.52 units.

Great research as you always do LT profits

                        We bet different
You make many bets and are notorious for it
Guys like me look for one bet a day
                        Two at the most

For example I want to make a hundred bucks today
But I don't have $2,000 to do it with I have up to $250
I'm willing to lay $200 to wit a hundred if I really like that play
But I don't want to risk five $50 bets and hope I go 4 in 1 or 5 and 0 to make a good profit
That's why when a lot of these favorites going north of 200 makes me not want to bet so much

why everyone doesn't listen to profits is mind boggling. he is the intelligent alternative to what you are all doing wrong. otters? you follow him for entertainment but if you're tired of sending in deposits follow this disciplined, old school, hard working profits guy who religiously sticks to that -130 max on the few fav's he sifts out and is legendary with his dog selections.

                            My both 200+ picks hit.

I found the odds were not good yesterday

There seem to be way too many factors in baseball even for the books to put up an accurate line consistently.

an accurate line? they just boost them up because they know their marks bet favorites, parlay favorites, tease nfl and nba favorites and end up getting crucified.
