Fair enough. I didn't read the entire thread but I was under the impression that Rudy realized that Hurry made a post without proofreading it and quickly(4 minutes later) realized he forgot to post his picks. Terrible move on Hurry's behalf. If Rudy agrees to the contest anyway my hats off to him. But you are right... in a legal battle I'm pretty sure Rudy would win this.

The way I look at it is this... if you are an MMA fighter would you rather win the fight seconds into the first round because your opponent did something illegal even though it didn't hurt you? Or would you rather win the fight by beating him down... knowing that you could have won on a technicality anyway?
