Non premeditated... spur of the moment... drugs didn't help my decision making there... I had an incident that caused me some sort of PTSD some weeks before and that definitely added to my aggressive enraged reaction.

It was terrible cause I thought he was dead and he wasn't... had to come back and finish the job.

That's a terrible place to work and I'll tell you why... you start with $5.50 an hour for being a phone clerk, but as a phone clerk you get responsibilities that belong to linemovers, moving props, grading, doing live wagering, moving euro sports... duties you should be paid $7/hr minimum... so they get this unprepared kids to move lines, right? you would think they train them, nope; trial and error... and for an error Tony will yell at you for 1 hr straight /send you home and you will lose the daily wages.

So... IMO thats terrible.

Plus the power people there are so ingrained it will take you forever to get a promotion unless you are really good. Took me like 4 months, while in other places usually takes me a month for them to move me to move lines.

Yep, they cant retain employees for those reasons and Tony gives zero fukks!!!

You can make a decent living here with $7/hr which adds up to $1000/$1200 a month... pay $300-$400 rent and $800 for the rest... but if you are a college kid paying your own studies, is harsh unless you live with your parents...

A good employer wants its employees to grow and succeed... to advance in life, learn and be happy. Hiring new people all the time is a pain in the ass IMO... but saves Tony a few bucks a year I guess... he needs those to polish his Maseratti.
