Looks like they had used 2 different videos to make their decision. One for the tag, and one for the plate.

I don't like video replays. If the umpire who is 5 feet from the play can't judge it live they shouldn't use slow motion replays. The umpire does not see the play in slow motion frame by frame.

In baseball especially replay should be eliminated. Part of the game is blown calls and arguing part of the game.
