Sorry bro... Take caution on opening days as the season is just getting started.. Preseason is one thing but regular season the pressure gets dialed up quickly.. Teams pitchers and bats can freeze. That's why I like to wait a week or two before betting MLB.. I need to see trends and stats in the regular season start to materialize...

Got one more inning left, not over yet but not looking good..

Even if it was the 88th game there is ZERO value in a -290 pitcher! More times than not you'll get 6 solid innings from the starter which leaves 3 innings or 33% of the game up to mid relievers and maybe a closer. The reward is not worth the risk, IMO.

It wasn't Kershaw's fault. The embarrassment was the fact that he was still in the game to pitch to Rojas. He should have been pulled after the first walk. Manager is an idiot.
