New NFL catch rule

This new rule was implemented in the Super Bowl before it was official. The reason the Clements and Ertz TD’s stood. Interesting they would do this without letting anyone know.

Makes a bit more sense now
cuz by original ruling , neither of those game changing plays were catches

This was implemented for the entire postseason apparently, not just the SB
