i've been watching that run line. if it stays like that today, i'll def be hopping on it. i've been very cautious to make a play on west coast games early on in the day, but that was one i'm probably gonna hammer on today. glad you like it, too. also on the rays rl and ml

i feel like kershaw at this price is a steal. the dodgers have been mediocre all the whle dbacks have been on a nice heater, which should attract some nice public attention and draw them in with the high plus odds for the dbacks. as for capping the stats, 5 out of 10 games that kershaw has pitched have won by the RL against the dbacks. over the last 5 games, arizona has only batted .190 against lefties, which i think will hold them back. yes, arizona has a 10-2 record this season against LHP. however, when you dig deeper, arizona has seen kershaw quite a bit. collectively, they have a mere .179 BA against kershaw. out of the 8 batters that have faced kershaw 10 times or more in their starting line up, david peralta holds the highest BA of .231. not only do i think that Koch buckles under a talented team, but arizona is also held under their team total of 3 while facing kershaw, who very may well pitch the whole game if the count and hitting numbers are low enough. i may also make a play for the first 5 just in case

Some reasons I originally liked Dodgers tonight:

-Kershaw on the road
-Their best position player just went out for the season
-Arizona has won 5 of the 6 meetings this year
-Arizona is red hot and the Dodgers are red not.
-I think squares LOVE Arizona at home at this price with Arizona’s pitcher having stats that sparkle like Rihanna’s a** under the moonlight.


I’m going to go back and look at the Reds and ask myself again why I do this.

lmao. no disrespect taken! i'm happy you asked for my opinion! and i'm happy i got your reasoning as well. i like the reds today and i do enjoy the wtf is up with that line play, but i just can't do the reds, man. they are like the miami and chicago white sox of last year. i like to play totals with the i need a labotomy method. lol. in today's case, i would be looking at the miami under and rockies over, but i like to wait it out until closer to gametime to make sure the public isn't thinking the same way as myself. a lot of time i simply look at the streaks and previous 5 games vs. the entire season for that very reason, baseball is a streaky sport for the most part. you are far more selective and disciplined than myself. if i played half the games i played, i would probably be twice as profitable.

You probably should reconsider. Kershaw should be -280 in this spot if he is having a 2017-type season.

The only reason he is 'affordable' is his recent (and his team's recent) performance.

It actually makes sense to back the opposition because he is 'hittable' this year. After he holds 3-4 teams to 1-2 runs in his next few starts, things will go back to normal.
