I think what people mean is 4 and 5 seeds are firmly in play to go all the way. 1 seeds are not strong this year.

Gonzaga and Arizona could make a final 4. Even Kentucky as a 5 is dangerous.

Agreed. It's pretty wide open 1-5 seeds. But wouldn't shock me if only 1 double digit seed makes it to the second weekend. The upsets won't be this weekend, it will be in the later rounds.
