I still think Bitcoin will stick around since, like the USD, everyone is using it to compare the value of other cryptos.

That said, I think Monero has potential as a privacy coin once governments figure out how to unmask or label transactions on the Bitcoin blockchain and it's no longer as anonymous to send/receive money using Bitcoin as it used to be.
