If you're just dealing with depositing and withdrawing in Bitcoin as your funding source, 5Dimes is a very good book with regards to lines and juice. Main thing I dislike about their site is how antiquated the user interface feels, but I finally got the hang of it after a few tries.
Before reading the cautionary tales, when I first registered, I tried to make a deposit using a debit card with them (I have the Paypal Business Debit Card which gives 1% cash back and is a nice firewall to my bank account so I'm not exposing my bank debit card info) and it kept getting declined for whatever reason (it was never security flagged). Good news is I have since received a new card with a new number since my new one now had the EMV chip, so I no longer have to worry in case that number fell into the wrong hands.Comment -

Doesnt have much to do with 5dimes, accounts get credited after confirmation on the blockchain... this deposit was 3 minutes...next one might be an hour. You got lucky and got your deposit in right before the next block was mined.

Americans think that 5Dimes is a quality product. It's a shit product. It's a rec book with a dated interface and bad mobile support. Their reduced juice only exists if you're a smaller, losing player. Beat them for larger amounts, and you lose your reduced juice.
