The Line on Boise/Washington in NIT

I'm seeing a line of Washington +6. Boise has the better seed but can't host so the game is at Washington. Is this an incorrect line?

Do books know this game is at Washington? I think the line is wrong. Every book has Boise -6 except BetOnline has Boise -1. Will books honor the bet? No way UW is getting this many at home.
