When do books start offering MLB player props?

Seems like they were up this time last year. Only place I see is Betonline and they just have pitcher win totals

5dimes and betonline has them up. I chatted with bookmaker and she said they won't put them up until the season starts. I tried to tell her they are season long props how could they only start when the season starts but she insisted
