help with a bitcoin transaction

I effed up sending bitcoin to Bodog.

I attempted to send approximately 0.008535 BTC to Bodog.

I made an error in my (Electrum) bitcoin wallet and mistakenly sent 0.008535 mBTC or 0.00000853 Bitcoin.

So instead of receiving $110 Canadian Dollars plus a $100% bonus I received $0.11.

I immediately sent an additional 0.0088268 BTC which was worth ~$113.99 at the time it was sent.

I sent the additional 0.0088268 BTC to the same bitcoin address as the first transaction for 11 cents.

All the transactions show on blockchain but the bigger transaction is showing in red as negative.

WTF is going on? Can anyone explain this?

If you can't get it sorted out, shoot in a sportsbook complaint form and SBR should be able to reach out to a manager to review it for you.

Thanks Opti, I sent Bodog an email with screenshots as they requested and I was told it could take up to 72 hours to remedy.

I'll wait and see how it goes.

I did that once before to heritage...it takes a bit longer but they will credit you the funds no worries it mine like 2 days to get credited

I'm guessing the issue is similar to what an issue was with Bitpay when depositing fund, the system is all automated so when you made the deposit request, the system was anticipating the first transfer and when you sent it, it immediately converted the funds; However, sending the second one, the system wasn't anticipating so now it's not crediting your account and they probably have to go in and manually credit you.

Bitpay, if you sent in the exact amount of Bitcoin they're asking for, it credits you fairly quickly, but send the wrong amount or send two transactions to the same address and expect to wait awhile to get it manually sorted.

This sounds exactly like the problem I'm having. The transaction on the blockchain shows the address definitely received everything I sent.

It also shows as most of the bitcoin I sent was transferred by them almost immediately.

The processor was probably doing payouts to other players so the Bitcoin wallet software saw your address had Bitcoin stored in that address and used it to spend the Bitcoin to pay other players. You'll get credited, they just have to manually go in and see the transaction.

Edit: Looking at the Blockchain transaction. That would be my guess as to what happened.

Blockchain has 688 confirmations on the 2nd transaction and they have received it as I am 99% sure about it. Blockchain wallet works in a way where you can get new wallet address each time, but you can also use the previous one again, the funds will reach that wallet.

So, they need to explain what happened into detail if we are to believe that they haven't received the transaction.

I am baffled that they cannot provide good explanation regarding this. What wallet are they using?
